Idag skall mitt nya träningsupplägg börja!
Hade ett snack med Mathias i helgen om vad jag har för mål och vad jag vill med min träning och fick lite nya idéer och tankar. Så under en tid nu, i alla fall fram till Maj skall jag tänka om helt och hållet. Styrketräningspassen skall jag halvera=( Kommer bara köra styrka 2ggr/ veckan för att bibehålla. Sen kommer jag helt och hållet sats på löpning med sikte på Göteborgsvarvet…
Till en början blir det 8km rundor 3ggr/ veckan blandat löpning och gång.
Detta kommer verkligen bli en utmaning för mig då, som jag säger, inte är byggd för att springa…
I mars gifter min bror sig och mitt andra mål är att ha gått ner 8kg tills dess.
Vet att jag även kommer tjäna väldigt mycket i min löpning på att bli av med massa onödig vikt.
Mitt tredje mål är ju att en dag äntra en scen men jag skall ta bort fokus från detta och hysterin att bådde lägga på mig muskler och gå ner i vikt. Nu blir det fokus på att få en bättre kondition och jag vet att vikten kommer påverkas därefter.
