Vaknade igår och kände mig jättesvullen och när jag gick på toa gjorde det förbannat ont……och det tog inte lång tid innan det kändes som att jag behövde gå på toa igen. Antar att jag har fått urinvägsinfektion. Kändes lite bättre igår kväll men nu på morgonen känns det inte alls bra. Gör mest ont hela tiden. Det är ju så typiskt när man väl har kommit igång ordentligt med konditionsträningen så måste man gå och bli dålig. Jag känner mig inte dålig i övrigt men en infektion i kroppen är en infektion och absolut inget jag vill dra ut på. Blir till att dricka massa tranbärsjuice
Hade egetnligen tänkt springa 8km idag men får vänta och se idag. Annars får jag ta en stilla långpromenad. Yoga står i alla fall på schemat ikväll.
VIP kvällen på BoConcept i tordags var jättetrevlig.
Dock spelade dom lite väl hög musik , låter som en pensionär…men men…inte kul när man inte hör vad man själv säger. Jag fick till och med en komplimang för mina lår…ja det är sant. Kom fram en kvinna och frågade ”vad jag gör, eller sportar med för jag hade så himla snygga lår!” . Jag kan ju tilläga att om det är något jag är mer missnöjd med på min kropp och som jag sliter med så är det då mina lår! Fettet verkar triva extra bra där så att få en så spontan komplimang för mina lår är ganska festligt faktiskt. Vi gick sedan vidare till kulturhuset där det finns en bar, vilket var helt nytt för mig. Var väl lite alternativa människor där , som författare och poeter. En poet blev allt lite förtjust i mig, Bob Hansson.
Jag frågade om han visste var toaletten fanns sen ville han inte att jag skulle gå….han tyckte jag hade ett fantastiskt fint namn….typiskt poeter….
I Lördags var det utgång med Noordjan
Först var vi på Lounge där vi höll på att dö av skratt när vi stod i kön. Vakten bad om vårt legitimation och Noordjan visar sitt och seg som man är börjar jag att rota i min plånbok bland alla kvitton och kort ”visakort..tankkort..icakort..” ”icakort!! utbrister vakten. ”Vuxenpoäng, välkommen in!” Åh vad vi skrattade!!
