Skulle kunna äta det varje dag, år ut och år in. Bara jag får käka någon kanelbulle mellanåt också…
Löpningen gick över förväntan idag… trodde det skulle kännas skitkass eftersom jag varit sjuk. Konditionen var lite påverkad och jag ville inte pressa mig allt för mycket då jag fortfaran är snuvig. Jag gjorde lite ändringar med min teknik idag och jag tror att jag har hittat rätt! Det bara flöt på hur lätt som helst och ingen höft eller annan krämpa kändes av!! Skönt!
Däremot har ångesten börjat göra sig påmind igen….. tittar mig i spegeln flera gånger om dagen för att se om jag kan se någon liten förändring…. oftast ser jag ingen och känner en stor frustration över detta!
Jag vet att jag gör det jag ska och äter rätt. Nu är det bara att fortsätta i samma takt och ha tålamod! Tyvärr har jag inget tålamod utan vill att det ska hända saker här och nu!
Står två bilar utanför vårt hus. Det kommer byggas ett hus på tomten jämte våran… Det är på gott och ont. Just nu är där en ganska stor och stökig äng som ser rätt ovårdad ut vilket inte är så kul men vi har en fin utsikt som kommer försvinna helt och hållet…trist! Hade man varit miljonär hade man ju köpt tomten jämte och byggt ett jättegarage och en modern friggebod med toalett och dusch…. suck… det får bli i nästa liv!
