Efter jobbet var det hem äta, dricka dagens första kopp kaffe och sen bege sig till gymmet för Långpasset Löpning. Kändes bra idag med. Dock kändes inte benen lika fräscha som föregående pass och högerbenets IT-band kändes av ganska rejält efter ca 20min. Förutom det flöt det på bra men jag får verkligen vara noga med att stretcha mycket för att undvika problem! Träningsmässigt har det sett ut på följande för mig den här veckan.

Onsdag: Ben, Axlar + 45min förbränning
Torsdag: Rygg, Biceps + 38min löpning (5,13km)
Fredag: Vila
Lördag: 60min löpning (8,53km)
Söndag: Bröst, Triceps + Yoga hemma
Igår var det sista dagen med Ridgeback på Mässan. Finkjolen och kavajen var på, kaffet kokat och smörgåsarna bredda. Bara att belamra sig vid ringen bland allt stök! Och fredagen var dagen då jag själv skulle ställa Lilltjejen! Konstigt det där, man tycker ju ”att det där är ju ingenting, hur lätt som helst!”, ändå blir man eller i alla fall jag jättenervös precis när jag skall in i ringen. Det är väl då man inser att faktiskt alla som sitter där och tittar faktiskt kommer att titta på än och det hade ju varit lagom kul om man typ ramla eller att ens hund skulle få för sig att plötsligt bita domaren (inte för att den chansen är så stor men ändå!). Om man såg på det stora hela gick det bra. Skall man kolla lite mer detaljmässigt så var det väl inte riktigt perfekt…. får jag erkänna *harkel*. Där jag och Blenda hamnade i ringen var det någon som hade hällt ut hälften av alla sina korvar eller nått i den stilen. Hursomhelst så körde Blenda ner nosen i mattan och var inte alls intresserad av min fulla näve köttbullar och ännu mindre av att stå fint (hundf*n). När vi sen skulle springa kunde man mer förknippa henne med en känguru än en Ridgeback….(suck) och när hon väl sprang med alla fyra tassarna i marken var stegen fortfaran lite väl flamsiga och tramsiga (dubbelsuck). När jag sprang halkade nämligen min nummerlapp ner från armen vilket Blenda fick syn på och tyckte att ”det verkade ju vara en lattjogrej att försöka få tag på, ja det försöker jag!”. …. jaja…hon är ung, glad och sprallig (vilket till och med Domaren sa. ”Låt henne vara glad!”) Jag håller med, helldre en glad hund än en som tycker det är läskigt och kryper fram. Så här löd i alla fall hennes kritik Dag 2: (när jag ställde henne)
Feminin tik med goda proportioner. Välformat huvud som behöver torka upp löst halsskinn. Bra hals, öppna vinklar fram bra bak, bra bröstdjupp. Stark rygg, fallande kors (har hon inte!) Bra lårbredd. Rör sig med bra steg men är idag väldigt glad så rörelserna blir lite yviga. Bra benstomme och päls. Ridgen bra längd och jämna kronor. Välvisad (haha, tack!)
