Stundvis idag har jag inte känt mig riktigt nöjd med tillvaron.
Känner igen känslan från tidigare.
Att det känns som man kämpar och kämpar men målet känns bara längre och längre bort.
Man slutar att uppskatta det man uppnått utan ser bara slutmålet och man blir frustrerad över att man inte redan är där…….. och det är då ångesten kommer smygandes.
Jag försöker verkligen lära mig att uppskatta resan och inte bara se till slutmålet.
För det är ju resan som egentligen är det väsentliga.
Det är ju där som man lär sig och som man formas.
Målet är ju bara ett kvitto på att man gjort rätt.
Jag sneglar ner på min vänster arm

Hmmm…..men det är ju här just nu som det är frustrerande!
Men vad är alternativet?
Att låta en känsla hindra mig från att göra rätt val och på så vis komma ännu längre ifrån mitt mål eller att acceptera att idag, just nu så känner jag ”så” och sedan fortsätta jobba mot mitt mål.
För öppenbarligen gör jag ju rätt, eftersom jag får resultat….
