Var en lååång resa men den här gången hade jag sällskap av Marias och Fredriks barn.
Som tur va! Hade varit himla trist annars.
Dock åkte jag på en förkyldnig och det gjorde vidrigt ont i öronen vid landningarna =(
(Har legat i sängen hela dagen idag med feber..kass)
Känns lite konstigt att vara hemma och (ursäkta) men lite kallt också…
OCh det är då ingen som vare sig öppnar några dörrar eller niger åt mig =)
Tänk vad man vänjer sig fort vid somliga nya saker=)
Ställde mig på vågen i morse för att se om jag gått ner något.
-1kg visade vågen
Har en del vätska i kroppen efter flygningen så sanningen ligger nog närmre 2kg
men återigen så skall man inte stirra sig blind på vågen utan se sig i spegeln.
I spegeln är det en stor skillnad.
Längtar verkligen till dieten då man verkligen får se vad som kommer fram ”där under”
(efter 3 veckor i Kambodja)
De sista träningspassen med Maria var riktigt stenhårda och jag staplade omkring som en pensionär på flygplatserna pga den våldsamma träningsvärken =) Hi hi!
Givetvis saknar jag värmen, poolen, träningen med Maria,
det underbara kaffet med mera, med mera!
