Börjar till och med själv se på mina axlar att det ”fitat” till sig lite =)
Ska bli kul att se hur mycket som hänt efter tre veckor.
Är bara att fortsätta precis som jag gör!
Är stor skillnad på den träningen Maria kör med mig jämfört när jag tränar själv.
Fokus här är mycket mer att forma kroppen.
FLer repetetioner, lättare vikter och mer kroppsegna övningar!
