Vissa dagar känns saker och ting orättvist och man önskar man hade sådant man inte hade och viceversa. Jag har aldrig varit en smal liten tunn tjej och får slita ordentligt för varje litet kilo som från denna kropp skall försvinna! Fördelen är väl att jag är ganska explosiv i mina muskler och ganska lät bygger muskler, framförallt axlar.
Men vissa dagar kan man sucka åt allt slit och önska att man slapp men ändå hade den kropp man ville. Men det är bara att inse att man inte får något gratis här i livet och så är det ju med allting!
Tro nu inte att jag inte vill träna!
Jag älskar att träna, det är en del av den jag är!
Men som sagt ibland önskar jag att jag hade det där ”sixpacket”
utan någon jätteinsats! =)
