Vår inre konflikt med oss själva, att vi inte alls kan eller att man ändå har misslyckats förut, sätter käppar i hjulet och får oss att stanna kvar i vår trygga komfortzon. Där vi vet att vi inte misslyckas. Där vi kan fortsätta med att må dåligt över att vi inte kan… Tänk om vi bara kunde börja tro på oss själva mer. Bli vår egna Bästa Vän, som tror, litar, stöttar och har tålamod med oss! Hur underbart vore det inte att alltid ha någon vid sin sida som tror på en? Som säger uppmuntrande ord så fort man känner sig på vilovägar eller omotiverad. Man skulle ju vara oövervinnlig, eller hur? Nån som alltid tror att man kan och fixar allt hela tiden! Underbart ju!

Men istället väljer vi att tro på vår oförmåga och tänker nedlåtande tankar om oss själva. Vad ful jag är, vilka tjocka lår jag har. Äh, det där fixar jag aldrig. Jag misslyckas jämt. Jag kan ingenting… osv
