När jag får den frågan, av till exempel Pelle 43, Fredrik 17 eller Lisa 34 säger jag alltid; Jaa, Pelle/ Fredrik/ Lisa… hur ska du träna?
För det är ju det som är så fantastiskt med träning, det finns inget rätt eller fel! Jo, fine klart man skall följa vanlig träningslära och kroppens hydralik men det finns ju så många olika träningsformer och fler tillkommer. Så givetvis uppstår ju frågan Hur man bäst tränar för att få en snygg kropp!
Och jag är ledsen att behöva göra Dig besviken men det finns inte bara ett svar! Utan jag måste faktiskt be Dig att tänka efter lite själv på vad syftet är med Din träning!
För att göra det enkelt; Vill du styla genom att kunna ta mycket i bänkpressen. Då skall du träna mycket bänkpress. Vill du ha stora muskler? Se till att träna varje muskel till utmattning och göra detta varierat så att musklerna måste anpassa sig genom att växa. Vill du gå ner i vikt? Ja, då är det god ide att läggga mer tid på förbränning och cardioträning än att springa på gymmet och lyfta vikter.
Snyggare armar. Träna armarna! Platt mage. Ja, då är det stor fokus på kosten och förbränningsträning som gäller. Bättre kondition. träna kondition! Hur? Vad funkar för dig? Hur ser ditt liv ut och hur mycket tid vil du lägga på att träna? Funkar det bäst för dig att bara ta löparskorna och ut och springa 6km 3 dagar i veckan eller är ditt mål att springa Göteborgsvarvet? I så fall behöver du öva på att springa lite längre sträckor och inte bara de korta. För glöm inte, din kropp anpassar sig!
Är du orörlig? Ja då kommer det med störta sannolikhet begränsa dig i olika rörelser och på sikt leda till en obalanserad kropp där skaderisken kommer öka avsevärt! Har du en kropp som är obalanserad och börjar utföra någon sport eller belasta din kropp på något sätt så kommer du få ont kan jag lova!
”Men jag vill allt!” kanske du tänker. I så fall vill jag fråga dig om det är rimligt för dig? Klart man kan fokusera på flera saker samtidigt men det kommer krävas mer tid och planering av dig. Min erfarenhet är att det blir svårt för dig att kombinera allting samtidigt och utvecklas så som du vill och då är det lätt att motivationen tryter när resultaten uteblir. Bättre är att periodisera sin träning så känns det inte som att det blir så mycke.
En- sak- i -taget -och -skynda- långsamt- tänket kan underlätta att annamma:) För jag tror att du vill finna en balans i livet där du tränar på ett sätt som är roligt och ger dig den kroppen du vill ha, som inte bara ser ut
som du vill utan faktiskt även är skadefri och gör som du vill 🙂
