Varför är det då så svårt att äta bra?
För att mat är så mycket mer än bara bänsle för oss! Jag möter många i mitt yrke som har ett, ja, lite spänt förhållande till mat kan man säga. Där antingen maten blir det ett substitut till att må bra eller till ”falsk” kontroll för att må bra. Oavsett om midjemåttet ökar eller minskar, påverkar det människor i negativ riktning och fel beteenden och rutiner etsar sig fast. Är lite som att röka eller dricka sprit varje dag.
Är man bara medveten och kan se sig själv lite utifrån så kan man ändra sin inställning till mat och lära sig att se sig själv som en bil. Tänk bara hur ofta en Formel 1 bil måste tanka och så jämför du den med en liten rosa, miljöbil 🙂 Hur ofta behöver den tanka tror du? Förmodligen inte alls lika ofta!
Så börja se dig själv som en bil och en bil funkar ju inte alls om den går på tom tank. Luftfiltret blir kass, avgasröret rostar och motorn dör, samma gäller din kropp!! 🙂
Det första jag gör innan jag sätter igång med mina kunder, är att fråga vad han eller hon har ätit idag och när sista målet var. Är det flera timmar sedan de åt får lydigt traska till receptionen och inhandla en banan eller dylikt. Ska man träna hårt funkar det inte att gå på tomgång! Då bryter man bara ner motorn….och bryter man ner motorn får man ingen snygg lack så att säga! Då rostar grejerna!
