När jag åkte tunnelbana idag kunde jag inte undgå att höra ett par med barnvagn diskuterade när tjejen i deras relation skulle hinna träna nu när hon skulle börja jobba kvällstid och inte vara hemma fören elva på kvällarna. Killen jobbade dagtid och begav sig till jobbet vid 7-8 tiden.
Såhär lät deras diskussion:
”Du får träna på morgonen, innan jag börjar jobba” säger han.
”Då skulle jag få gå upp vid halv sex och jag kommer inte somna med en gång. Jag kommer vara för trött!” säger tjejen frustrerat.
”Det sitter bara i huvudet” svarar han.
Deras situation lät minst sagt lite komplicerad utan att egentligen behöva vara det (ok att ha barn är aldrig okomplicerat) men vissa perioder i sitt liv kan det helt enkelt vara så att det är omöjligt att få tiden att räka till och varje minut räknas vilket gör det extra svårt att lägga tid på att ta sig till och från gymmet. Man är två men går om varandra vilket innebär att nån alltid måste passa barnen. Man är ensamstående osv. När att få in träning i livspusslet verkar som en omöjlighet gäller det bara att vara kreativ.

- Spring, promenera med barnvagnen.
- Använd bänkar utomhus under löprundan för att göra dips, armhävningar, stepup
- Gör egna cirkelpass med olika övningar för utomhusbruk

- Skaffa en PT
- Googla på träningsövningar
- Lägg 20min om dagen på träning
- Sätt upp mål ex skall kunna göra 5 armhävningar på tå och träna för att klara det
- Att göra armhävningar, burpee och knäböj kommer du långt på
- Välj ett gym med barnpassning
- Träna tillsammans på helgerna gärna utomhus
- Skaffa en kettlebell
- Hitta en annan träningssugen nybliven mamma
- Våga utmana dig själv och kliv utanför din komfortzon
- Låt 2014 bli det år du blir bra på egna kroppsövningar
- Köp en tränings -dvd
- Köp en yoga -dvd
- Använd yotube för att hitta träningsövningar eller program
