Den här veckan har jag fått den stora äran att gästblogga här på stronger.se vilket känns jättekul och jag tänkte att jag redan ikväll skulle tjuvstarta med ett litet inlägg vad ni kan vänta er av mig den här veckan!
Först en kort presentation så ni får lära känna mig lite bättre!
Om mig: Heter Frida, 28år gammal, jobbar som Personlig Tränare och har gjort sedan åtta år tillbaka. Kommer från Göteborg men bor sedan 6 månader numera även i Trosa. Ja ,jag skrev rätt. Jag bor både i Göteborg och Trosa och har PT kunder på Nordic Wellness (f.d. Sportlife) både i Stockholm och i Göteborg. Två veckor Trosa, två veckor Göteborg. Funkar men krävs lite planering och fix. Familj består av min fästman Daniel (som är anledningen att jag hamnade i Trosa) och vår hund Blenda. Vi har egentligen en till hund men den tycker mina föräldrar om så mycket så jag får väl kalla det att vi har delad vårdnad.
Förutom att jobba som Personlig Tränare har jag mitt företag In Mood där jag föreläser och utbildar företag, kort sagt, om att ha en bra livsstil! Jag vänder mig givetvis till privatpersoner också där jag coachar inom livet, kost, träning, sjävförtoende och de som vill tävla i fitness. Har till exempel två adepter nu som gör sina tävlingsdebuter på Battle of Scandinavia om 4veckor. Kommer berätta mer om det i veckan.
Är krönikör till tidningen Hälsa&Fitness och håller på just nu och skriver om kosttillskott till kommande nummer i mars, jag skriver även en träningsbok och min egna blogg www.inmood.se. Sen försöker jag att vara lite rolig och kör Standup. Efter att stått på en scen ca 10gånger är det fortfarande precis lika läskigt!!
Älskar att träna och det jag gillar allra mest är styrketräning. Är riktigt viktkåt rent ut sagt! Tävlat i både Body Fitness och Athletic Fitness och tänker göra en ny satsning i år i december i Atheltic! Hoppas på stora framsteg från tidigare och att jag i December skall vara i min livs starkaste form!
Om att jobba som PT: Efter åtta år som Personlig Tränare har jag lärt mig otroligt mycket om människor och hur viktigt det är att inte bara jobba med den fysiska delen utan också den psykiska. För oavsett hur duktig du är som tränare, hur bra kostprogram eller träningsupplägg du än gör, krävs det att ens kund verkligen vill göra en förändring. Och då menar jag en bestående sådan! Man blir inte vältränad bara för att man skaffar sig en PT… somliga verkar tro det… För att någon verkligen skall göra en förändring i sitt liv, bryta mönster, ändra beteenden, sluta eller börja med något, på riktigt! Krävs kraft och ansträngning mentalt. Vissa har enklare för det och bara gör den där förändringen utan att blinka medan andra får slita och kämpa för att inte ge upp och falla tillbaka i gammalt igen. För att inte ge upp krävs den rätta mentala inställningen och att kunna ge sin kund verktygen som är skillnaden som gör skillnaden, är f*cking amazing! 
Att kunna se helheten som Personlig Tränare är det som är skillnaden som gör skillnaden, tycker jag!
Och jag vet. Jag har nämligen själv befunnit mig i en väldigt tuff situation där det enda jag klarade av att göra var att ligga ner. Ligga ner och stirra i taket eller blunda. Lyssna på radio eller titta på TV var alldeles för ansträngande. Jag fick ha hjälp att plocka ur diskmaskinen, städa, handla, laga mat, betala mina räkningar och till och med att välja vad jag skulle ha på mig. Allt som innebar att välja eller tänka eller koncentrera sig i mer än 2min klarade inte min hjärna av utan den var helt överkokt och utbränd. Hemsk! Känslan av att inte kunna klara av någonting är ingen jätte självförtroendeboost och fick verkligen mig att tvivla på mig själv. Hur skulle jag någonsin kunna träna igen när det enda min kropp ville var att ligga ner? Hur skall jag kunna vara en förebild när jag inte kunde ta hand om mig själv? Hur skulle jag kunna inspirera andra till att träna när jag själv inte kunde leva som jag lärde? Hur skulle någon kunna tro på mig när jag själv inte gjorde det?
Man kan tvivla på sig själv ibland. Det är mänskligt. Alla gör vi det nog då och då av olika orsaker. Det viktiga är att inte fastna där.
Så sakta reste jag mig, slickade mina sår, lappade ihop det lilla som fanns kvar av min självkänsla och hittade tillbaka till mitt riktiga jag. Hon som fortsätter sin resa att förverkliga det hon vill! Det var inte enkelt vill jag lova men det gick!
