Råkade slumra till lite förut
(knas, då jag sov oförskämt länge i morse…!)
Jag har kört på lite hårdare med konditionsträningen och det tär väl mer än vad man tror, skulle jag gissa. Tur att den underbara drycken kaffe finns, så man kan värma sig lite och pigga på sig….dock är det någon klantskalle här hemma som köpt Gevalia…..får ta ett allvarligt snack med den personen sen..;) Men det smakade faktiskt helt Ok …
Igår körde jag och Jessica ett monsterduopass på LSC.
Bodystep 60min och sin spinning direkt på det i 50min.
Step är väl inte min starka sida….hmm…. som tur va var det inte allt för mycket snurrar och chosé eller vad det heter…. Spinningen gick i alla fall betydligt bättre! Har inte kört spinning på … ja när tusan var det?! Inte i år i alla fall….hehe 😉
Hungriga som två vargar åkte vi hem till Jessica och fixade potatis och rotfrukter i ugnen och stekte kyckling. Tror jag skullle kunna leva på rotfrukter i ugnen (och kanelgifflar då!)… är så underbart gott!!
Efter jobbet åkte jag en sväng till Huveröds och hämtade grejer som vi glömt hemma hos Emma sen nyår…. väldigt ovanligt att jag glömmer grejer…..=)
Tänkte strax bege mig till gymmet och köra ben (trotsa träningsvärken i vaderna) och axlar, avsluta med att springa lite och sen cykla. Pimpla lite mer kaffe bara!
Sen saknar jag Caisa så jag bir tokig snart!!
Min söta, lilla, underbara, gnyande, sälfia med världens mjukaste plyschhuvud… snyft…
