Som sagt, när det va jättehalt ute ramlade jag mer eller mindre varje dag
men då hade jag åtminstone en ursäkt!
Att ramla på plan mark och riva sönder sina byxor och få världens skrapsår (så blodet sprutar åt alla håll) på knät känns ju ganska barnsligt…
Så det är bara att inse att vädret inte har någon som helst betydelse för om jag ramlar eller ej…

Idag har jag kört två pass styrka. Rygg i morse och biceps, triceps ikväll.
Är ju påsk nu i helgen så är ju skönt att inte behöva hänga mer än nödvändigt på gymmet.
Gjorde även mätning idag på mig själv och det var flera centimeter mindre på alla möjliga ställen. En centimeter upp på biceps men det gillar jag bara!!!
Gjorde en liten utflykt idag och hälsa på mina föräldrar på landet.
Alltid lika mysigt att vara där!
De har ju fått de så fantastiskt fint med uterummet och nytt och fräscht överallt!
Kändes skönt att få bli lite bortskämd också med mat och till och med en rad Marabou mjölkchoklad till kaffet! Mums! (man måste få leva lite me…)
