Idag har varit en jätte, jättebra dag!!
Har varit på säljkurs hela dagen,ätit trevlig lunch på Star Bowling, tränat och jobbat.
Fick även reda på lite bra saker som får en på gott humör =)
Är så skönt när saker och ting löser sig och man får nya bra insikter!
Har ju inte kunnat träna på en vecka då jag har varit iväg och inte haft möjlighet.
Så kändes skönt att träna igår
Körde ett jättebra ryggpass och idag ett riktigt bra ben och axelpass.
Kommer ha mysig träningsvärk i gumpen i morgon!
Kosten har jag skött så bra som det bara gått med de förutsättningar som funnits
(om man bortser från alkohol fyra dagar förra vecken…hihi)
Har inte ställt mig på vågen men jag känner att lite nytt fett har hittat till magen,
så nu är det skärpning!!!
Det enda som är ett stort minus är att jag inte kommer ut på dumma Hotmail
så jag kan blogga efter varje PT-kamps Klient…morr!!!

Gick bra och alla verkade gå därifrån lite klokare än när de kom…hihi;)
