Den här veckan har bara rusat iväg! Försöker att hinna med så mycket som möjligt men hinner ändå inte med allt som jag vill. Till och med vilat från gymmet i två dagar.

Men annars känns det riktigt riktigt bra med träningen. Känner mig lätt när jag springer, är stark i varje övning och jag blir alleles glad och upprymd när jag tränar!
Idag skall jag köra ett monstertungt ryggpass hade jag tänkt och springa 20min.
Är ju bara att kämpa på då jag verkligen behöver bättra på en mindre fettprocent!
Tre veckor på Kambodja kommer göra susen!!
Kollade på våtdräkt häromdagen till när jag skall köra Triathlon.
De i butiken rekommenderade mig att köpa en i Kambodja istället, då de är avsevärt mycket billigare! Behöver även införskaffa en hjälm…. av någon anledning tycker jag att det är liiite töntigt…men bara lite…. fast det är nog ännu töntigare att inte ha någon hjälm om alla andra har!
Bokade tåg till Stockholm i förrgår. PLanet till Kambodja går nämligen från Arlanda.
Men fick ingen bekräftelse på bokningen…suck och stånk…
ringde precis till SJ och mycket riktigt, biljetten hade annulerats=(
Biljettbokerskan hjälpte mig med en ny biljett, som till och med blev ännu billigare!! Jippie!
Så 09.42 går tåget till Stockholm och jag är framme 12.45! Känns perfa!
Får man lite tid att strosa omkring, träna och hälsa på lite vänner!
Trots att jag har ett litet grått moln på ena axeln som mellanåt gör sig påmind och gör ont känner jag mig väldigt glad och tacksam. Tacksam över alla de underbara vänner och människor som finns i mitt liv. Som bryr sig, berör mig, får mig att må bra och utveclas!
