Tvärtom. Man får en starkare kropp, högre förbränning, bättre kondition, starkare hjärta, mindre stresshormoner…. listan kan göras hur lång som helst!
Så varför väljer man då att svälta sig själv genom att leva på pulver under en tid?
Jo för att vi människor vill ha en ”quick fix” och inte är beredda att ändra på våra vanor, beteenden och låta något annat bli lidande. Istälet äter vi pulver eller tar til extrema åtgärder och i vissa fall gör en magoperation!! Det är skrämmande!
