Jag säger bara en sak, BALANS. Det kan ju låta otroligt trivialt och enkelt men ändå på något vänster är det lättare sagt än gjort! Vad innebär det att ha balans i sitt liv? Givetvis varierar detta från person till person är jag fullt medveten om, så jag kan ju bara delge mina åsikter och är ganska övertygad om att de flesta håller med mig. 🙂
Att ha BALANS i sitt liv innebär att ha en bra och sund relation till det som finns omkring en, samt till sig själv. Vill säga att man inte blir fanatisk, fixerad, manisk eller använder sig av substitut för att fylla ett tomrum. Eller att man är ett kontrollfreak som mår dåligt så fort man inte har superkoll. Vi människor är ganska lustiga varelser som ständigt söker njutning och tillfredsställelse i olika saker. Det är när detta ballar ur, som vi tappar balansen. Eller skapar obalans.
När vi känner att vi mår dåligt, är ledsna, känner oss ensamma eller haft en dålig dag på jobbet, vill vi med ens bli av med denna läskiga, känsla. Hur blir man det fortast? Köpa en påse bullar och trycka i sig ihop med ett kilo lösgodis? Springa en mil eller ta ett extra gympass den dagen? Vad är rätt, vad är fel? 
Jag säger så här; Så länge man gör det för att döva något, är det aldrig rätt!
Att kunna göra allt och kunna göra det med måtta är en träningssak, anser jag!
Har du ett utsatt mål. Som till exempel i mitt fall nu, att jag skall tävla i Athletic Fitness, så måste jag prioritera träning och ha superkoll på vad jag stoppar i mig. Annars når jag definitivt inte mitt mål. Utmaningen är just att inte låta det bli fanatiskt, vill säga att min träning och vad jag äter är det enda jag kan tänka på! Samt att jag efter tävlingen kan kliva ur diet -och träningsbubblan och återgå till ett mer avslappnat matintag. Villl säga; att nu är det helg och födelsedagskalas och då tänker jag faktiskt ta en stooor bit tårta, för idag känner jag för det! 🙂
I dagsläget är det mycket jag känner för men skulle jag bara gå på känn skulle det tyvär inte ta mig närmre tävlingsform! 🙂 Hade jag till exempel fått välja idag hade jag helst av allt legat kvar under täcket och kurat med en god bok, en kopp the och om man får önska, nybakade bullar 🙂 🙂 🙂
Men vem hade sagt nej till det!!??
